About Jessica Bocina

I am 5 feet, have two kids, oldest is 36 the youngest is 24.

I always train and have been working out at the gym since I was 24. I got into bodybuilding when I went to see a show in New York and inspired me to compete.

For the first 20 years of my life, I felt self-conscious about my size and weight. Being very small and only weighing 98 pounds it affected me in a very negative way. After my inspiring experience in NY, I decided that I can do it too. Getting into bodybuilding is the best thing I ever did, it always keeps me focused, disciplined and I always strive to look & feel better.

I want to inspire anyone of any age and body type, that it’s not too late to get fit.

It’s not just how are you look it’s how you feel both on the inside and the outside. Let me help you feel more confident about yourself.

My journey began with the pandemic as with many of us. I am an emotional eater and love sweets. I had gained a significant amount of weight. The wake up call was when someone said to me: pull up two chairs instead of one. Wow, that was the motivation and determination I needed. I contacted Jessica before the holidays and we discussed a plan. I committed to five months of training.
